اقتنت المملكة المغربية منزلا فخما
يحتوي على سبع غرف بإحدى ارقى الأحياء بواشنطن بثمن خيالي بلغ قيمته 14
مليون دولار اي ما يقارب 13 مليار سنتيم و تعتبر الصفقة من أغلى الصفقات
العقارية لهذا السنة بمدينة واشنطن .

home in the District’s Massachusetts Avenue Heights neighborhood sold
Thursday for $14 million — one of Washington’s biggest residential real
estate deals this year — to the Kingdom of Morocco.The residence at 2817
Woodland Drive NW was home to Mandell Ourisman, the late chairman of
Ourisman Automotive Group, who died July 5 in Palm Beach, Florida, at
age 90. He and his wife, Mary Ourisman, the former U.S. Ambassador to
Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean, owned the house since 1994,
according to public documents.
The new deed lists the Kingdom of Morocco as the new owner.
Washington Fine Properties LLC served as the broker for both sides of the deal. Cynthia Howar represented the buyer. Robert Hryniewicki, Mark McFadden, Adam T. Rackliffe and Christopher R. Leary were listing agents for the property.
The house has seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and three half-baths, according to MRIS.
The home is less than 500 feet from the property Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchinbought for $12.6 million in February, amid a string of multimillion dollar home sales fueled by Trump administration officials. In May, Kellyanne Conway, counselor to President Trump, and her attorney husband paid $7.785 million for a 15,000-square-foot home also in Massachusetts Avenue Heights.
In
nearby Kalorama, meanwhile, Laurence Siegel, the retired CEO of The
Mills Corp. (NYSE: MLS), and his wife, Lisa, recently bought the house
at 2425 Tracy Place NW for $6.1 million— the most expensive June sale in
the D.C. region. Also this year, Barack and Michelle Obama bought their
Kalorama home for $8.1 million, while Secretary of State Rex
Tillerson paid $5.6 million for his Kalorama abode.All of them pale in
comparison to Amazon.com (NASDAQ: AMZN) founder and The Washington Post
owner Jeff Bezos' East Coast getaway. Bezos purchased the former Textile
Museum property, also in Kalorama, for $23 million.

ردحذففي واحدة من أعلى المبيعات هذه السنة بالعاصمة الأمريكية واشنطن، اقتنى المغرب منزلا بشارع ماسوشيتس والذي يسكنه الأغنياء، بقيمة 14 مليون دولار، وذلك وفق ما ذكرته صحيفة “واشنطن بيزنيس”.
وأضاف المصدر ذاته، أن المنزل تم بناؤه عام 1962، وكان مملوكا سابقا لرجل الأعمال “ماندل أوريسمان”، الرئيس الراحل لمجموعة “أوريسمان” للسيارات، وزوجته “ماري أوريسمان”، السفيرة الأمريكية السابقة في بربادوس ومنطقة شرق الكاريبي.
ويتكون المنزل من سبعة غرف وسبعة حمامات، ومن المحتمل أن يكون إقامة خاصة بسفيرة المغرب بواشنطن لالة جُمالة العلوي بحسب ما أورده موقع “لوديسك”، كما أن الإقامة تقع قبالة منزل الرئيس التنفيذي ورئيس مجلس إدارة “بلاك إنترتنيمت تلفزيون”، “ديبرا لي” والذي يقدر ثمنه بـ 13.5 مليون دولار.
