Wattan: Fahmi Shahin, a member of the Political Bureau of the Palestinian People's Party, said that the leaders of the continuous bloody and barbaric aggression against our people, led by the U.S. President "Biden" and his administration, the Israeli occupation government, and the leaders of its army, deserve prosecution and criminal trial as war criminals and perpetrators of genocide against humanity.
Shahin added in a press statement to (Wattan) earlier today: “The storming of Al-Shifa Medical Complex under a barrage of fire, and the preceding siege and cutting off all supplies from it, falls within the framework of targeting civilians, civilian facilities and infrastructure, and everything living and human since the beginning of the aggression, which is It is something that the occupation could not have expanded without the green light from the American administration, which is already a partner in this aggression, stressing that the lack of intervention by the international community and its bodies has encouraged the continuation of this heinous and unprecedented crime against our people with the aim of implementing the plan for their ethnic cleansing and displacement, and the liquidation of their cause and legitimate rights.”
Shahin concluded his statement, saying, "The true measure of the international bodies' undertaking of their role, including the United Nations and all its agencies, the Security Council, and international organizations, foremost among them the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, as well as the Red Cross, is the extent of their actual, direct, and tangible intervention to halt the aggression and massacres against civilians. It lies in taking concrete steps to provide guarantees of protection for them and imposing sanctions on the Israeli occupation state and its supporters. He also affirmed that the same measure applies to countries that call for respect for values and international laws and theoretically acknowledge the rights of our people.”

وطن: قال فهمي شاهين عضو المكتب السياسي لحزب الشعب الفلسطيني، إن قادة العدوان الدموي والهمجي المستمر على شعبنا وعلى رأسهم الرئيس الأمريكي "بايدن" وإدارته، وحكومة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، ويستحق قادة جيشها الملاحقة والمحاكمة الجنائية كمجرمي حرب ومرتكبي جرائم إبادة جماعية ضد الإنسانية.
وأضاف شاهين في تصريح صحفي لـ(وطن) في وقت سابق اليوم: أن “اقتحام مجمع الشفاء الطبي تحت وابل من النيران وما سبقه من حصار وقطع كافة الإمدادات عنه، يندرج في إطار استهداف المدنيين والمنشآت المدنية”. والبنية التحتية، وكل شيء حي وإنساني منذ بداية العدوان، وهو أمر لم يكن للاحتلال أن يتوسع لولا الضوء الأخضر من الإدارة الأمريكية التي هي بالفعل شريك في هذا العدوان، مؤكدا أن عدم وجود إن تدخلات المجتمع الدولي وهيئاته شجعت على استمرار هذه الجريمة البشعة وغير المسبوقة بحق شعبنا بهدف تنفيذ مخطط تطهيره العرقي وتهجيره وتصفية قضيته وحقوقه المشروعة.
واختتم شاهين تصريحه قائلا: "إن المقياس الحقيقي لمدى قيام الهيئات الدولية بدورها، بما في ذلك الأمم المتحدة ووكالاتها كافة، ومجلس الأمن، والمنظمات الدولية، وفي مقدمتها المدعية العامة للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية، كما وكذلك الصليب الأحمر، هو مدى تدخلهم الفعلي والمباشر والملموس لوقف العدوان والمجازر بحق المدنيين، ويكمن في اتخاذ خطوات ملموسة لتوفير ضمانات الحماية لهم، وفرض العقوبات على دولة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي وحلفائها. وأكد أن نفس الإجراء ينطبق على الدول التي تدعو إلى احترام القيم والقوانين الدولية وتعترف نظريا بحقوق شعوبنا.
