التقى وزير الخارجية الإيراني حسين أمير عبد اللهيان خلال زيارته إلى بيروت وفداً من قادة الفصائل الفلسطينية ضمّ كلاً من نائب الأمين العام للجبهة الشعبيّة لتحرير فلسطين جميل مزهر، و الأمين العام لحركة الجهاد الإسلامي زياد النخالة، والقيادي في حركة حماس أسامة حمدان، وقد حضر اللقاء مساعد وزير الخارجية لشؤون غرب آسيا وشمال أفريقيا مهدي شوشتري، والسفير الإيراني في لبنان مجتبى أماني.
شكر نائب الأمين العام للجبهة الرفيق جميل مزهر وزير الخارجية الإيراني حسين أمير عبد اللهيان على دوره البارز وتأثيره، حيث مثّل بجهوده وزير خارجية محور المقاومة، أكثر من كونه وزيراً لخارجية إيران، مشدّداً على أنّ الدور الإيراني ليس داعماً فقط، بل إن الجمهورية الإسلامية هي جزء من المحور والمعركة
ولفت مزهر إلى أنّ أهم نتائج معركة طوفان الأقصى هي وقف التطبيع ودفعه إلى الوراء، مؤكداً أنّ انتصار غزة والمقاومة أمرٌ قطعيّ وواضح، وهذا ما يستلزم الانتباه وتضافر الجهود لمعالجة مشاكل الشعب الفلسطيني بعد المعركة.
وأضاف أنّ أميركا شريك للكيان بكلّ جرائمه في قطاع غزة، إلا أن عدم تحقيق العدو الإسرائيلي لأهدافه أولاً، وانتشار فضائح جرائمه في العالم ثانياً، وثالثاً اقتراب السباق الرئاسي في الولايات المتحدة، هذه الأسباب مجتمعة دفعتها لسحب نفسها من المعركة وللضغط من أجل وقف الحرب بعد أربعة أشهر، حتى تتمظهر بكونها داعياً للسلام، مشيراً إلى أن ما يؤخذ بالحسبان أيضاً هو اقترب شهر رمضان المبارك وتأثيره الكبير على العرب والمسلمين وبشكل خاص داخل فلسطين المحتلة
بدوره شرح والأمين العام لحركة الجهاد الإسلامي زياد النخالة الوضع الميداني في قطاع غزة والصمود الأسطوري للمقاومة وللشعب الفلسطيني، لافتاً إلى أنّ بوادر النصر بدأت تلوح في الأفق انطلاقاً من هذا الصمود، مشيراً إلى أنّ الوقت لصالح المقاومة، في حين أن من يتعرّض للضغط الداخلي والدولي هو العدو الإسرائيلي، الذي لم ينجز أياً من أهدافه.

During his visit to Beirut, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian met with a delegation of Palestinian faction leaders, including the Deputy Secretary-General of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, Jamil Mezher, the Secretary-General of the Islamic Jihad Movement, Ziyad Nakhaleh, and a leader from the Hamas movement, Osama Hamdan. The meeting was also attended by the Assistant Foreign Minister for West Asian and North African Affairs, Mehdi Shoushtari, and the Iranian Ambassador to Lebanon, Mojtaba Amani.
Deputy Secretary-General Jamil Mezher thanked Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian for his significant role and impact, stating that his efforts represented him more as a foreign minister of the Axis of Resistance than simply Iran's foreign minister, emphasizing that Iran's role is not just supportive but that the Islamic Republic is a part of the Axis and the battle.
Mezher highlighted that one of the most important outcomes of the Al-Aqsa Flood battle was the halt and pushback against normalization, affirming the certain and clear victory of Gaza and the resistance. This requires attention and concerted efforts to address the Palestinian people's problems after the battle. He added that America is a partner to the "israeli" entity in all its crimes in the Gaza Strip. However, the failure of the "israeli" enemy to achieve its objectives firstly, the worldwide spread of its crime scandals secondly, and thirdly, the upcoming U.S. presidential race, combined to withdraw from the battle and press for an end to the war after four months, aiming to appear as a peace proponent. He also mentioned the approaching month of Ramadan and its significant impact on Arabs and Muslims, especially within occupied Palestine.
In turn, the Secretary-General of the Islamic Jihad Movement, Ziyad Nakhaleh, described the field situation in the Gaza Strip and the legendary steadfastness of the resistance and the Palestinian people, noting that the signs of victory are beginning to emerge from this steadfastness. He pointed out that time favors the resistance, while the "israeli" enemy faces internal and international pressure, having failed to achieve any of its objectives.
