A Frente concluiu a sua declaração reafirmando que a formação de comitês de proteção popular em todas as cidades, aldeias e vilas da Cisjordânia tornou-se uma questão nacional e urgente para enfrentar os crimes dos colonos e frustrar os seus objetivos maliciosos, à luz da Forças de Segurança da Autoridade [Palestina] fugindo das suas responsabilidades de fornecer proteção ao nosso povo naquele país.

الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين:
تشكيل لجان حماية شعبية أمر ضروري لمواجهة جرائم المستوطنين وإفشال أهدافهم الخبيثة.
إن اعتداء المستوطنين الواسع على قرية المغير جريمة حرب صهيونية ترتكب بضوء أخضر من النظام السياسي والأمني.
أكدت الجبهة الشعبية لتحرير فلسطين، أن الاعتداء الواسع الذي نفذته مجموعات المستوطنين على منازل المواطنين في مدينة المغير شمال مدينة رام الله المحتلة بحماية جنود الاحتلال، وإطلاقها الرصاص وقنابل الغاز السامة هجوماً، إن الاعتداء على منازل المواطنين، وحرق العشرات منها، والذي أدى إلى استشهاد مواطن فلسطيني وإصابة العشرات، جريمة حرب صهيونية ترتكب بضوء أخضر من رأس النظام السياسي والأمني.
وأكدت الجبهة أن المستوطنين ليسوا أكثر من أداة أمنية إجرامية لحكومة الاحتلال، وخاصة مجرم الحرب بن جفير، وأن هجومهم الواسع على القرية وتصاعد جرائمهم في مناطق واسعة من الضفة الغربية في الآونة الأخيرة ويأتي أشهر في سياق تبادل الأدوار بين حكومة الاحتلال والمستوطنين، في محاولة فرض سيطرة أمنية وعسكرية وخلق واقع جديد في الضفة الغربية، وترسيخ سياسة الاستعمار والتهويد هناك، مستغلة الوضع في حين أن الجميع تشعر بالقلق إزاء حرب الإبادة الجماعية الصهيونية المستمرة في قطاع غزة.
واختتمت الجبهة بيانها بالتأكيد على أن تشكيل لجان الحماية الشعبية في كافة مدن وقرى وبلدات الضفة الغربية أصبح قضية وطنية وعاجلة لمواجهة جرائم المستوطنين وإحباط أهدافهم الخبيثة في ظل تدخل القوات. السلطة [الفلسطينية]، متهربة من مسؤولياتها في توفير الحماية لشعبنا في ذلك البلد.
