الحكومة اليمينية في بولونيا وسياسة "التظهير" ضد الشيوعية
تم بالامس الاعلان عن قرار بحظر نشاط الحزب الشيوعي في بولونيا بعد حكم من المحكمة الدستورية- التي التي تُعاني من صراعات داخلية على السلطة وانتقادات دولية لافتقارها للاستقلالية- بعد طلب تقدم به الرئيس"كارول نافروتسكي" بخظر الحزب.
اعتبرت المحكمة ان أهداف الحزب الشيوعي البولوني وأنشطته غير متوافقة مع الدستور، هذا القرار يعني شطب الحزب من السجل الرسمي للاحزاب ومنعه من المشاركة الرسمية في الحياة السياسية علما وانه سبق لوزير العدل ان تقدم سنة2020 بطلب مماثل لاعتبار الحزب" "خارجا عن القانون" لانه وفق ادعائه، "يحرض على الثورة في برنامجه السياسي" وأن أعضاءه "يدعون علانية إلى ثورة، مستوحاة من ثورة أكتوبر في روسيا، التي تولى البلاشفة السلطة اثرها"، و أن الحزب يسعى إلى "تنفيذ التأميم بطريقة قسرية"..
جاء القرار تتويجا لملاحقات وتضييقات يتعرض الحزب الشيوعي البولندي منذ سنوات من قبل الحكومة اليمينية، ففي عام 2016 حُكم أعضاء وكوادر من الحزب الشيوعي البولندي بعقوبات سجن لمدة تصل إلى تسعة أشهر و ﺒ"تقييد حريتهم" لمدة شهور عديدة و فرض العمل المجتمعي الإلزامي و عقوبات مالية عليهم، نظراً لاعتبارها نشر أفكارهم عبر جريدة ""Brzask" ،كـ"جنحة" و "جريمة" كما تم حظر "الرموز"الشيوعية وازالة كل ما له علاقة بالشيوعية في مختلف انحاء البلاد من اسماء شوارع وتماثيل واسماء لمعالم وتم اضافة مادة جديدةللقانون الجنائي"المادة256" تُساوي بين الشيوعية والفاشية.
يُشكّل هذا القرار سابقة خطيرة لتجريم الأفكار السياسية والتضييق على حرية التعبير و استخدام الأحزاب الحاكمة اليمينية النظام القانوني كسلاح سياسي للتخلص من المنافسين السياسيين. وقد أعربَ عدد من الأحزاب اليسارية والنقابات العمالية عن تضامنها مع الحزب الشيوعي البولندي ودعتْ إلى احتجاجات أمام السفارات البولندية حول العالم. كما اعتبر القرار له صِلة مُباشرة بين المقترحات المناهضة للشيوعية المطروحة مؤخرا في البرلمان الأوروبي، و يشبه الى حد كبير لما يحدث حاليًا مع الحزب الشيوعي التشيكي الذي تم حظر فصيله الشبابي" منظمة الشباب الشيوعي" واين سيدخل حيز التنفيذ في الأول من جانفي 2026 تعديل على القانون الجنائي، يَنصّ على عقوبة بالسجن تصل إلى عشر سنوات لكل من " يَدعم الحركة الشيوعية ويُروج لها ".وقبله تم منذ سنة2014 منع الحزب الشيوعي في اوكرانيا.
Statement by the Communist Party of Poland: "Our struggle continues"
In recent weeks, the Polish authorities escalated their decade-long persecution by bringing the case before the Constitutional Tribunal in an effort to criminalize the Party’s very existence.
This heinous attack does not concern only the comrades in Poland. It forms part of a broader offensive by capitalist governments across Europe and the EU to restrict political rights, falsify history, and suppress communist organizations that defend the interests of the working class.
In response, communist and workers’ parties from every continent mobilized immediately. Joint statements were issued, solidarity actions were organized, and protests were held outside Polish embassies worldwide on December 1st. This internationalist reaction demonstrated that the persecution of one communist party is a matter for the entire movement.
Below is the official statement of the Communist Party of Poland, addressed to all fraternal parties, updating the movement on the latest developments and reaffirming its determination to continue the struggle.

Dear comrades,
The Communist Party of Poland thanks all fraternal parties participating in the international campaign against the persecution of our Party.
We very appreciate your support by the Joint Statement of the Communist and Workers Parties, initiated by the Communist Party of Greece and supported by 38 parties as well as your mobilisation and protests in front of Polish embassies around the world on December 1st. These actions are a clear and strong manifestation of internationalism and cooperation.
Comrades,
Our party has been struggling with various forms of persecution and bans for 10 years. This time, on December 3rd, the Constitutional Tribunal, at the request of the President, found that the goals and activities of our party are inconsistent with the Polish constitution.
This judgement does not yet mean illegalization, which requires the removal of the party from the register of political parties. The Tribunal is not acknowledged as a legal body by the present government and its verdicts deemed illegal, so not publicized and realized by the authorities. We await the decision of the court responsible for registration of the political parties.
The Communist Party of Poland continues its struggle. We will keep you updated on further developments.
