CPS ON THE THEFT OF WORKERS' PENSION FUNDS BY MSWATI AND HIS TINKHUNDLA REGIME
14 June 2026:- The Communist Party of Swaziland (CPS) stands resolutely against the rampant theft of workers' savings and pension funds orchestrated by the Mswati dictatorship. This heinous act is not merely an economic crime; it is a profound betrayal of the very citizens who toil to sustain our country’s economy.
Workers across Swaziland have dedicated their lives to building our country, contributing their hard-earned savings to pension funds that are meant to secure their futures. However, the Mswati regime has turned these funds into a tool for exploitation, using them to back bankrupt foreign capitalist. This is not only a betrayal of trust but an outright theft of the collective wealth of our labour force.
The involvement of foreign syndicates in this scheme exacerbates the situation. These entities, motivated solely by profit, are complicit in the Mswati regime's actions. By accepting funds that rightfully belong to workers, they participate in the systematic dismantling of our economy and the impoverishment of our people. The CPS demands accountability from these foreign companies, demanding them to cease their collaboration with a regime that prioritizes its interests over the welfare of the Swazi people.
In light of these injustices, we call upon all workers to unite and rise against this theft. It is imperative that we collectively challenge the Mswati regime and its collaborators. We must make our voices heard, demanding transparency and accountability for the misuse of our hard-earned savings.
It is essential to document every instance of this theft. By doing so, we will ensure that the future democratic dispensation has a comprehensive case to recover all misappropriated funds and assets. This documentation will serve as a crucial foundation for the reconstruction program and economic emergency plan that our new government will implement.
As we stand against these injustices, we must also strengthen our resolve to build a better future. The CPS envisions a People's Republic where the wealth generated by our workers is utilized for the benefit of all, rather than siphoned off to enrich foreign capital at the expense of our citizens.
The CPS is committed to advocating for a just and equitable system that prioritizes the rights and needs of workers. We believe in a democratic process that involves the active participation of the people in decision-making.
Our vision includes; economic sovereignty by reclaiming our economic independence, ensuring that our resources are used to uplift our communities rather than lining the pockets of foreign investors. A comprehensive economic recovery plans where the future government must implement robust recovery plans that focus on rebuilding our economy, creating jobs, and securing a stable financial future for all citizens. We will advocate for policies that empower workers, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights protected. Workers must have a say in how their savings and pensions are managed.
The CPS calls upon all citizens to join and support workers in this fight against the theft of their pension funds. We need a strong united movement that challenges the status quo and paves the way for a democratic and equitable system. We must stand firm against this injustice, reclaim what Is rightfully ours, and work towards a People's Republic that reflects the values of justice, equality, and solidarity.

بيان الحزب الشيوعي في سوازيلاند (CPS) بشأن سرقة صناديق تقاعد العمال من قِبل مسواتي ونظام تينخوندلا التابع له

يقف الحزب الشيوعي في سوازيلاند (CPS) بحزم ضد السرقة المستشرية لمدخرات العمال وصناديق تقاعدهم، والتي يديرها دكتاتور إسواتيني، مسواتي. إن هذا العمل الشنيع ليس مجرد جريمة اقتصادية، بل هو خيانة كبرى للمواطنين أنفسهم الذين يكدحون ليدعموا اقتصاد بلادنا.
لقد كرس العمال في جميع أنحاء سوازيلاند حياتهم لبناء بلدنا، وساهموا بمدخراتهم التي جنوها بشق الأنفس في صناديق التقاعد التي وُجدت لتأمين مستقبلهم. ومع ذلك، حوّل نظام مسواتي هذه الأموال إلى أداة للاستغلال، مستخدماً إياها لدعم الرأسماليين الأجانب المفلسين. ولا يمثل هذا خيانة للأمانة فحسب، بل هو سرقة علنية للثروة الجماعية لقوتنا العاملة.
إن تورط العصابات (الشبكات) الأجنبية في هذا المخطط يزيد الوضع سوءاً. فهذه الكيانات، المدفوعة بالربح وحده، متواطئة في أفعال نظام مسواتي. وقبولها لأموال هي من حق العمال يعجل بمشاركتها في التفكيك الممنهج لاقتصادنا وإفقار شعبنا. ويطالب الحزب الشيوعي في سوازيلاند بمحاسبة هذه الشركات الأجنبية، ويدعوها إلى وقف تعاونها مع نظام يضع مصالحه فوق رفاهية شعب سوازيلاند.
وفي ضوء هذه المظالم، فإننا ندعو جميع العمال إلى الاتحاد والانتفاض ضد هذه السرقة. ومن الضروري أن نتحدى بشكل جماعي نظام مسواتي والمتعاونين معه. يجب أن نرفع أصواتنا، مطالبين بالشفافية والمساءلة عن إساءة استخدام مدخراتنا التي كسبناها بجهدنا.
من الضروري توثيق كل حالة من حالات هذه السرقة؛ فمن خلال القيام بذلك، سنضمن أن يكون لدى النظام الديمقراطي المستقبلي قضية شاملة لاسترداد جميع الأموال والأصول المختلسة. وسيشكل هذا التوثيق ركيزة حاسمة لبرنامج إعادة الإعمار وخطة الطوارئ الاقتصادية التي ستنفذها حكومتنا الجديدة.
بينما نقف ضد هذه المظالم، يجب علينا أيضاً تعزيز عزمنا على بناء مستقبل أفضل. يتطلع الحزب الشيوعي في سوازيلاند إلى جمهورية شعبية تُستغل فيها الثروة التي ينتجها عمالنا لصالح الجميع، بدلاً من أن تُنهب لإثراء رأس المال الأجنبي على حساب مواطنينا.
يلتزم الحزب الشيوعي في سوازيلاند بالدفاع عن نظام عادل ومنصف يمنح الأولوية لحقوق العمال واحتياجاتهم. ونحن نؤمن بعملية ديمقراطية تنطوي على المشاركة الفعالة للشعب في صنع القرار.
وتشمل رؤيتنا ما يلي:
السيادة الاقتصادية: من خلال استعادة استقلالنا الاقتصادي، وضمان استخدام مواردنا للنهوض بمجتمعاتنا بدلاً من ملء جيوب المستثمرين الأجانب.
خطط إنعاش اقتصادي شاملة: حيث يتعين على الحكومة المستقبلية تنفيذ خطط إنعاش قوية تركز على إعادة بناء اقتصادنا، وخلق فرص العمل، وتأمين مستقبل مالي مستقر لجميع المواطنين.
تمكين العمال: سندعو إلى سياسات تمكّن العمال، وتضمن سماع أصواتهم وحماية حقوقهم؛ إذ يجب أن يكون للعمال رأي في كيفية إدارة مدخراتهم ومعاشاتهم التقاعدية.
يدعو الحزب الشيوعي في سوازيلاند جميع المواطنين إلى الانضمام للعمال ودعمهم في هذه المعركة ضد سرقة صناديق تقاعدهم. نحن بحاجة إلى حركة قوية وموحدة تتحدى الوضع الراهن وتمهد الطريق لنظام ديمقراطي وعادل. يجب أن نقف بثبات ضد هذا الظلم، ونستعيد ما هو حق لنا، ونعمل من أجل جمهورية شعبية تعكس قيم العدالة والمساواة والتضامن.
