لجنة دعم معتقلي حراك الريف – الدار البيضاء
توصلنا اليوم بأخبار جد سوداوية، ألا وهي اعتقال عمر الراضي، الصحافي والناشط الحقوقي وأحد الأعضاء المؤسسين للجنة دعم معتقلي حراك الريف بالدار البيضاء، ومتابعته بسبب تغريده تعود إلى أزيد من 6 شهور، استنكر خلالها الأحكام الصادرة استئنافيا في حق معتقلي حراك الريف.
وفي هذا الإطار، تذكر لجنة دعم معتقلي حراك الريف، بأن مسألة دعم قضية المعتقلين السياسيين في ملف حراك الريف، تدخل في هامش الحرية سياسية، إن كانت صادرة عن هيئات سياسية أو منظمات حقوقية على المستوى الوطني أو الدولي، كما تود اللجنة بأن تؤكد أن إدانة الأحكام التي طالت معتقلي حراك الريف، والتي قضت بالسجن لمدة 20 سنة، هي مسألة حرية رأي، يتمتع بها كل مواطن، التي تخول له أن يندد بأي ممارسة للدولة يعتبرها غير عادلة، مادامت هذا الفعل هو سلمي.
وانطلاقا مما سبق، وتأكيدا لموقفنا تجاه ملف حراك الريف، نؤكد كلجنة ادانتنا لهذه الأحكام التي نعتبرها غير عادلة، الشيء الذي أكدته تقارير منظمات حقوقية دولية، على رأسها "هيومن رايتس ووتش"، ومنظمة العفو الدولية.
إن التضامن مع معتقلي حراك الريف وإدانة الأحكام الصادرة ضدهم ليس جريمة.
لكل ما سبق، ندعوا اليوم جميع النشطاء والمنظمات الحقوقية والأحزاب السياسية، التي ناصرت معتقلي الحراك وطالبت بإطلاق سراح كل المعتقلين السياسيين، لدعم عمر الراضي والمطالبة بالإفراج الفوري عنه.
وتعلن لجنة دعم معتقلي حراك الريف بالدار البيضاء، خوضها لبرنامج نضالي مع جميع القوى، وطنيا ودوليا، حتى إطلاق سراح عمر الراضي.
مكان عمر الراضي، ومعه كل المعتقلين السياسيين ومعتقلي الرأي، ليس في السجن.
أطلقوا سراح عمر! أوقفوا محاكمة آرائنا!

Aujourd’hui, jeudi 26 décembre, nous apprenons une sombre nouvelle : Omar Radi, membre fondateur du comité de soutien aux prisonniers politiques du Hirak du Rif, journaliste et militant, a été arrêté et poursuivi en état d’arrestation pour un tweet datant d’il y’a 6 mois dénonçant les jugements à l’encontre des prisonniers politiques du Hirak du Rif.
Face à cette décision, le comité de soutien aux prisonniers politiques du Hirak du Rif, tient à rappeler, tout comme une série de militants, d’organisations des droits de l’Homme ou de figures politiques à l’échelle nationale ou internationale, que le soutien à la cause des prisonniers politiques du Hirak du Rif relève des libertés politiques. Dénoncer les sentences qui ont condamné les prisonniers politiques du Hirak du Rif à 20 ans de prison relève de la liberté d’opinion que tout citoyen a le droit d’exercer pour dénoncer un fait d’Etat qui lui semble injuste.
Nous, comme toutes les forces vives qui se sont mobilisées pour demander la libération des prisonniers politiques du Hirak du Rif, tenons à rappeler que nous dénonçons également ces jugements que nous estimons inéquitables, comme ont pu le rappeler les différents rapports de Human Right Watch et d’Amnesty International.
La solidarité et la dénonciation des jugements à l’encontre des prisonniers politiques du Hirak du Rif n’est pas un crime.
C’est pourquoi aujourd’hui, nous appelons l’ensemble des militant.es, organisations, partis politiques qui ont soutenu la cause de la libération des prisonniers politiques du Hirak du Rif, de soutenir Omar Radi et de demander sa libération immédiate.
Par cet appel, le comité de soutien aux prisonniers politiques du Hirak du Rif s’engage à mener une série d’actions conjointes avec l’ensemble des forces vives du pays et à l’échelle internationale jusqu’à la libération de Omar Radi.
La place de Omar Radi, tout comme l’ensemble des prisonniers politiques et les détenus d’opinions n’est pas en prison.

Today, Thursday December, 26th, we have heard a dark news: Omar Radi, founding member of the committee of support to the political prisoners of the Hirak of Rif, journalist and activist, was arrested and is persecuted for a tweet of 6 months ago where he denounced the judgement against the political prisoners of the Hirak of Rif.
In front of this decision, the committee of support to the political prisoners of the Hirak of Rif, wants to remind, along with many activists, human rights organisations and political figures on a national and international level, that the support to the cause of the Hirak of Rif’s political prisoners falls within political liberties. Denouncing the judgement that have convicted the political prisoners of the Hirak of Rif to 20 years of prison belongs to the freedom of speech that each citizen has the right to exert to denounce an act by the State that seems unjust to them.
We, as all the forces alive that have mobilized to demand the liberation of the political prisoners of the Hirak of Rif, want to remind that we also denounce the judgments that we estimate unequal, as was also highlighted by the different reports carried out by Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International.

Hoy, jueves 26 de diciembre, se produce una triste noticia: Omar Radi, miembro fundador del comité de apoyo a los presos políticos del Hirak del Rif, periodista y militante, ha sido detenido y mantenido en Estado de arresto por un tweet creado seis meses antes denunciando los juicios contra los presos políticos del Hirak del Rif.
Frente a esta decisión, el comité de apoyo a los presos políticos del Hirak del Rif, así como un conjunto de militantes, de organizaciones de DDHH y de figuras políticas de escala nacional e internacional, recuerdan que el apoyo a la causa de los presos políticos del Hirak del Rif se sitúa en la esfera de las libertades políticas. Denunciar las sentencias por las que han sido condenados los presos políticos de la Hirak del Rif a 20 años de prisión se sitúa en la esfera de la libertad de opinión que todo ciudadano debe ejercer para denunciar una cuestión de Estado que le parezca injusta.
Junto a las fuerzas vivas que se han movilizado para solicitar la liberación de los prisioneros políticos del Hirak del Rif, recordamos la denuncia de inequitabilidad de los procesos judiciales, tal como lo han señalado distintos informes de Human Rights Watch y de Amnistía Internacional.
La solidaridad y la denuncia de los procesos judiciales contra los presos políticos del Hirak del Rif, no es ningún crimen.
Por todo ello, hoy hacemos un llamamiento al conjunto de militantes, organizaciones y partidos políticos que apoyen la causa de la liberación de los presos políticos del Hirak del Rif para apoyar a Omar Radi y solicitar su liberación inmediata.
Con este llamamiento, el comité de apoyo a los presos políticos del Hirak del Rif se compromete a llevar a cabo una serie de acciones conjuntas con el conjunto de fuerzas vivas del país y a escala internacional hasta conseguir la liberación de Omar Radi.
El lugar de Omar Radi, así como el del conjunto de presos políticos o el de los detenidos por el ejercicio de la libertad de opinión no es la cárcel.
¡Basta de persecución y de detenciones! Liberación inmediata.

Oggi, giovedì 26 dicembre, apprendiamo una brutta notizia: Omar Radi, membro fondatore del comitato di supporto ai prigionieri politici di Hirak du Rif, giornalista e attivista, è stato arrestato e processato per un tweet risalente a sei mesi fa nel qule denunciava le sentenze contro i prigionieri politici dell'Hirak du Rif.
Di fronte a questa decisione, il comitato di supporto ai prigionieri politici di Hirak du Rif vorrebbe ricordare, come anche una serie di attivisti, organizzazioni per i diritti umani, personaggi politici su scala nazionale e internazionale, che il sostegno alla causa dei prigionieri politici di Hirak du Rif è una questione che riguarda le libertà politiche. Denunciare le sentenze che hanno condannato i prigionieri politici di Hirak du Rif a 20 anni di carcere è una questione di libertà di opinione che ogni cittadino ha il diritto di esercitare per denunciare le azioni dello Stato che considera ingiuste.
Noi, come tutte le forze che si sono mobilitate per chiedere il rilascio dei prigionieri politici di Hirak du Rif, vorremmo ribadire che denunciamo queste sentenze che consideriamo ingiuste, come ricordato da vari rapporti di Human Right Watch e di Amnesty International.
La solidarietà e la denuncia delle sentenze contro i prigionieri politici di Hirak du Rif non è un crimine.
Questo è il motivo per cui oggi chiediamo a tutti gli attivisti, organizzazioni, partiti politici che hanno sostenuto la causa del rilascio di prigionieri politici di Hirak du Rif, di sostenere Omar Radi e di chiedere la sua liberazione immediata.
Con questo appello, il comitato di supporto ai prigionieri politici di Hirak du Rif si impegna a svolgere una serie di azioni congiunte con tutte le forze del paese e a livello internazionale fino al rilascio di Omar Radi.
Il posto di Omar Radi, come tutti i prigionieri politici e i prigionieri di coscienza, non è in prigione.

Vandaag, donderdag 26 december, horen we duister nieuws: Omar Radi, stichtend lid van het ondersteuningscomité voor politieke gevangenen van Hirak du Rif, journalist en activist, werd gearresteerd en vervolgd voor een tweet daterend uit '6 maanden geleden aan de kaak gesteld van de uitspraken tegen politieke gevangenen van de Hirak du Rif. Geconfronteerd met deze beslissing wil de ondersteuningscommissie van de Hirak du Rif, zoals een reeks activisten, mensenrechtenorganisaties of politieke figuren op nationale of internationale schaal, eraan herinneren dat Ondersteuning van de zaak van politieke gevangenen in Hirak du Rif is een kwestie van politieke vrijheid. Het aan de kaak stellen van de straffen die politieke gevangenen van Hirak du Rif tot 20 jaar gevangenisstraf veroordeelden, is een kwestie van de vrijheid van mening die elke burger het recht heeft uit te oefenen om een feit dat hij oneerlijk acht, aan de kaak te stellen. Daarom roepen we vandaag alle activisten, organisaties en politieke partijen op die de zaak van de vrijlating van politieke gevangenen uit de Hirak du Rif steunen, Omar Radi te steunen en zijn onmiddellijke vrijlating te eisen. Met deze oproep verbindt de Hirak du Rif politieke commissie voor gevangenen zich ertoe een reeks gezamenlijke acties met alle strijdkrachten van het land en internationaal uit te voeren tot de release van Omar Radi. De plaats van Omar Radi zit, net als alle politieke gevangenen en gewetensgevangenen, niet in de gevangenis. Stop de vervolging onder arrest! Onmiddellijke release.
