Communist Platform (PC) was established in February 2008, through the merger of communist groups from different cities in Italy that had started working together a few years earlier.
PC is a voluntary and militant union of revolutionary proletarians who have the same conception of the world, share the principles of communism and have Marxism-Leninism as a guide for action.
The main task of PC is the ideological, political and organizational struggle to build the Communist Party in Italy, which is the vanguard detachment of the working class.
The Party is the indispensable tool to lead the proletariat, at the head of its allies, to the revolutionary conquest of political power, the establishment of its dictatorship and the construction of socialism, the first phase of communist society.
To fulfill its mission, PC acts to unite the communists and the advanced elements of the working class in a single organization of Leninist type, works for the unity of the communist movement with the workers movement and for the complete break with opportunism and the revisionism.
The PC’s organs of expression are the newspaper “Scintilla”, the theoretical magazine “Teoria e Prassi”, and its Internet website (www.piattaformacomunista.com). PC raises the banner of proletarian internationalism, fighting against Italian imperialism and developing ties of solidarity with the proletarians of all countries and the oppressed peoples; it identifies with the line and activity of the CIPOML and works to develop fraternal relations with the communist and revolutionary parties and organizations of the world.
The Meeting of the representatives of “Tuscany Communist Militancy” and ”Communist Platform – for the Communist Party of the Proletariat of Italy” for the
merger of the groups and the foundations of the “Organisation for the communist party of the proletariat”, was held on 25 April 2025 with the attendance of a representative of the International Conference of Marxist-Leninist Parties and Organisations (CIPOML).
At the Meeting, the general Programme, the action Programme and the Rules of the organisation were ratified.
تأسست المنصة الشيوعية (PC) في فبراير/شباط 2008، نتيجة اندماج مجموعات شيوعية من مدن مختلفة في إيطاليا كانت قد بدأت العمل المشترك فيما بينها قبل بضع سنوات.
وتُعدّ المنصة الشيوعية اتحاداً طوعياً ونضالياً لبروليتاريين ثوريين يتبنون التصور نفسه للعالم، ويتقاسمون مبادئ الشيوعية، ويتخذون من الماركسية-اللينينية دليلاً للعمل.
وتتمثل المهمة الرئيسية للمنصة الشيوعية في خوض النضال الإيديولوجي والسياسي والتنظيمي من أجل بناء الحزب الشيوعي في إيطاليا، بوصفه الطليعة المتقدمة للطبقة العاملة.
فالحزب هو الأداة التي لا غنى عنها لقيادة البروليتاريا، على رأس حلفائها، نحو الاستيلاء الثوري على السلطة السياسية، وإقامة ديكتاتوريتها، وبناء الاشتراكية بوصفها المرحلة الأولى من المجتمع الشيوعي.
ومن أجل إنجاز هذه المهمة، تعمل المنصة الشيوعية على توحيد الشيوعيين والعناصر المتقدمة من الطبقة العاملة في تنظيم واحد من الطراز اللينيني، وتسعى إلى توحيد الحركة الشيوعية مع الحركة العمالية، وإلى القطيعة التامة مع الانتهازية والتحريفية.
وتتمثل وسائل تعبير المنصة الشيوعية في صحيفة «Scintilla»، والمجلة النظرية «Teoria e Prassi»، وموقعها الإلكتروني على شبكة الإنترنت (www.piattaformacomunista.com). وترفع المنصة الشيوعية راية الأممية البروليتارية، وتناضل ضد الإمبريالية الإيطالية، وتطوّر علاقات التضامن مع بروليتاريي جميع البلدان ومع الشعوب المضطهدة. كما تتماهى مع خط ونشاط المؤتمر الدولي للأحزاب والمنظمات الماركسية-اللينينية (CIPOML)، وتعمل على تطوير علاقات أخوية مع الأحزاب والمنظمات الشيوعية والثورية في العالم.
وقد عُقد اجتماع ممثلي «النضال الشيوعي في توسكانا» و**«المنصة الشيوعية – من أجل الحزب الشيوعي لبروليتاريا إيطاليا»** من أجل اندماج المجموعتين وتأسيس «منظمة الحزب الشيوعي للبروليتاريا»، وذلك يوم 25 أبريل/نيسان 2025، بحضور ممثل عن المؤتمر الدولي للأحزاب والمنظمات الماركسية-اللينينية (CIPOML).
وخلال الاجتماع، جرى إقرار البرنامج العام، وبرنامج العمل، والنظام الداخلي للمنظمة.

L’Organizzazione per il partito comunista del proletariato esprime piena e incondizionata solidarietà alle compagne e ai compagni appartenenti a varie organizzazioni politiche e sindacali colpiti dalla magistratura con denunce e multe per la manifestazione di Massa Carrara in occasione dello sciopero generale del 3 ottobre.
Viste le decine di manifestazioni che si svilupparono in quel periodo, prevediamo che purtroppo non saranno i soli, considerata la deriva autoritaria e repressiva in corso. Come è altrettanto prevedibile che gli agricoltori di destra che hanno effettuato blocchi stradali di recente anche con i trattori, non riceveranno il medesimo trattamento.
L’affondo deciso portato avanti negli ultimi tempi dagli apparati dello Stato sui manifestanti, sui lavoratori, sui sindacalisti combattivi, sugli studenti, sui centri sociali, su chi offre solidarietà attiva ai palestinesi, rende ancor più evidente che i milioni di manifestanti scesi in piazza, hanno messo in seria difficoltà, sia sul piano interno, sia su quello internazionale, il governo reazionario della Meloni, sempre più impegnato nella politica di austerità e di guerra, nel sostegno servile a Trump e a Netanyhau.
I fatti odierni ci offrono spunti di riflessione. La repressione colpisce soprattutto laddove i rapporti di forza sono sbilanciati a favore della borghesia; ma laddove le manifestazione superano le decine di migliaia di partecipanti nulla può.
Occorre evitare quindi la frammentazione e la divisione in mille rivoli con piattaforme e parole d’ordine diverse, seppur di poco. L’unità di azione non è più una opzione, ma una necessità impellente per portare avanti le lotte in difesa dei nostri interessi e diritti!
Occorre poi diffidare e denunciare senza sconti la solidarietà un tanto al kilo di coloro che oggi vogliono costruire il “campo largo”. Non dimentichiamoci che fu proprio il governo Conte I a trasformare il blocco da sanzione amministrativa a reato penale. La Meloni ha ampliato e indurito con la “legge sicurezza” ciò che si era trovata servita sul piatto.
La solidarietà è un arma indispensabile per contrastare i processi reazionari e repressivi, per la difesa degli strumenti di lotta che permettono alla classe di resistere all’urto dell’attacco padronale e governativo. Per cui la nostra Organizzazione e i suoi militanti sono a disposizione per il sostegno alle compagne e compagni colpiti dalla repressione. Alla lotta, all’unità di classe!

التضامن ووحدة الطبقة في مواجهة القمع البرجوازي!

تُعرب منظمة الحزب الشيوعي للبروليتاريا عن تضامنها الكامل وغير المشروط مع الرفيقات والرفاق المنتمين إلى مختلف التنظيمات السياسية والنقابية الذين استهدفتهم السلطة القضائية بشكاوى وغرامات على خلفية تظاهرة ماسّا كارّارا بمناسبة الإضراب العام ليوم 3 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول.
ونظراً لعشرات التظاهرات التي جرت في تلك الفترة، نتوقع للأسف أنهم لن يكونوا الوحيدين المستهدفين، في ظل المنحى السلطوي والقمعي المتواصل. وبالمثل، من المتوقَّع أن المزارعين اليمينيين الذين نفذوا مؤخراً عمليات قطع للطرق، حتى باستخدام الجرارات، لن يتعرضوا للمعاملة نفسها.
إن الهجوم الحازم الذي تشنه أجهزة الدولة في الآونة الأخيرة على المتظاهرين، والعمال، والنقابيين المناضلين، والطلبة، والمراكز الاجتماعية، وعلى من يقدّمون تضامناً فعّالاً مع الفلسطينيين، يجعل أكثر وضوحاً أن ملايين المتظاهرين الذين نزلوا إلى الشوارع قد وضعوا الحكومة الرجعية بقيادة ميلوني في مأزق حقيقي، سواء على الصعيد الداخلي أو الدولي، وهي حكومة تزداد انخراطاً في سياسات التقشف والحرب، وفي الدعم التابع لترامب ونتنياهو.
وتمنحنا الوقائع الراهنة عناصر مهمة للتأمل: فالقمع يشتدّ خصوصاً حيث تكون موازين القوى مختلّة لصالح البرجوازية؛ أما حين تتجاوز التظاهرات عشرات الآلاف من المشاركين، فلا يعود بمقدوره أن يفعل شيئاً.
لذلك، يجب تفادي التفكك والانقسام إلى مسارات متعددة بمنصات وشعارات مختلفة، ولو بفوارق بسيطة. إن وحدة العمل لم تعد خياراً، بل ضرورة ملحّة لمواصلة النضالات دفاعاً عن مصالحنا وحقوقنا!
كما ينبغي الحذر وفضح، من دون أي تساهل، ما يُسمّى بالتضامن “بالكيلوغرام” من قِبل أولئك الذين يسعون اليوم إلى بناء ما يُعرف بـ«المجال الواسع». ولا ينبغي أن ننسى أن حكومة كونتي الأولى هي التي حوّلت قطع الطرق من مخالفة إدارية إلى جريمة جنائية. أما ميلوني فقد وسّعت وشدّدت، عبر «قانون الأمن»، ما وجدته جاهزاً على المائدة.
إن التضامن سلاح لا غنى عنه لمواجهة المسارات الرجعية والقمعية، وللدفاع عن أدوات النضال التي تمكّن الطبقة من الصمود في وجه هجوم أرباب العمل والحكومة. ومن هذا المنطلق، فإن منظمتنا ومناضليها يضعون أنفسهم رهن الإشارة لدعم الرفيقات والرفاق الذين طالتهم آلة القمع. إلى النضال، إلى وحدة الطبقة!
